3.1 Enforcement

AMCOB reserves the right to address breaches of this Ethos through warnings, suspension, or termination of membership, as aligned with the Code of Conduct.

4. Confidentiality (Non-Disclosure)

  • Annually (Upfront): The full annual membership fee is paid at the time of registration.
  • Monthly (Installments): The annual membership fee is paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments, automatically billed to the payment method on file.

7.2 12-Month Commitment

All memberships are for a full twelve (12) month term, regardless of payment method selected. The monthly payment plan is an installment arrangement for the annual fee, not a month-to-month subscription.

7.3 Final and Non-Refundable

  • Member’s decision to discontinue participation before the end of the term;

7.5 Renewal and Cancellation

Membership automatically renews for an additional twelve (12) month term, billed annually or monthly as previously elected, unless AMCOB receives written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days before renewal. Renewal fees are non-refundable once charged.

7.6 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period

By registering, the Member acknowledges that membership access begins immediately upon payment and waives any statutory or implied “cooling-off” or cancellation period.

7.7 AMCOB’s Right to Terminate

If AMCOB terminates membership without cause, AMCOB may, at its sole discretion, issue a pro-rata refund of unused membership fees. No other refunds will be granted.

7.8 Chargeback Protection

8. Termination & Suspension

8.1 AMCOB may suspend or terminate membership immediately if:

  • Fees are unpaid;
  • Member violates this Agreement or Code of Conduct;
  • Member engages in unethical, unlawful, or damaging activity.

8.2 Termination does not release the Member from payment obligations.

9. Events & Liability

9.1 Members attend events at their own risk. AMCOB is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses during events.

9.2 Members are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and related expenses.
